Dispute in Bill that is reversed after almost 2 Yrs

I have been holding bank of India credit card since 1994, paying regularly, never ever carroed forward any Blanace or default in my account & never faced any major Problem till recently when i recieved my statement dtd 15th March with Credit reversal of Rs. Rs.8108.26 dtd 13.01.2006 & Rs.15393.24 dtd 18.04.2006.Immidiately i spoke to the Dept offocial & requested for detailed account ststement stsrting 6 months before the referred 1st reversal till date, followed by which I had sent a written complaint. There was no response from their end followed by the stsement of 15th April which had carried forward the above amount alongwith Service charge of Rs.14586.50 Rs.1750.38 (12% Service Tax) Rs.52.51 (towards education Cess). I did send them another reminder dtd.26.4.2008

to which they have not yet responded, no ststement for month of May & in June I recieved another Letter & statement dtd.15th June with additional Charges of around RS.1200/- which was recieved on 28June with a letter threatening to report it to CIBIL incase we do not pay up within 15days.

Now I want to know how do i resolve this issue, by the inaction at the bankers end & fault at their end how can our credibility be at stake?
