Dear Sir/Madam,
Since past two weeks I have receiving sms and telephone calls frequently from customer service centre of Barclay Bank for some payment overdue of Mr Zober. I have categorically told the bank that there is no Mr Zober in this mobile no. and either the records of the bank are not correct or Mr Zober has given the bank a wrong mobile number. Further, I am neither a customer of barclay Bank nor I am holding any credit card of this bank. I have called Barclays bank, Bombay twice and have lodged complain with Ms Dipti, Head Services department. Even after that, the SMS's are continuosly pouring in my mobile and I am tired of such sms and phone calls.
Kindly advice me what to do.
