Dear Sir,

I am having barclay dredit card from last 6 month's.

Instead of Rs.195 now I have to pay Rs.2000. in May month I have to pay 195 for my shopping, before due date I had deposited the cheque in drop box, but when I called them after 7 days they told me that they not received my cheque, and after few days when i again called them they told me that I issued wrong dated cheque, & they charged penalty on my card, when i told them that send me scan copy of my cheque they say yes for it, but still i don't get scan copy of my cheque, again & again requesting for copy, and they charged me penalties every month insted of solving the problem.

If this type of foreign companies fraud with the customer then how you can say that customer is safe

.so please do something for that.it's my humbel request..
