Every month i have recieved SMS from bank that your statement is delivered to you by some AWB number, but this courier company had not delivered any of my statements from starting month.
and i am sure that they are able to reach my address easyily, because the same company already delivered my card, that is required some recieving proof.
this is worst service i ever faced in my life... even local courier companies are far better than those guys.
why the banks are choosing these 3rd class sevices for their valuable customers? Are any other good courier services not there in INDIA better than these guys.
