Activation of Credit Card

Hi,

I have applied for Credit card from www.deal4loans.com & then i got the call from Barclay Bank. Saying you wil get the card with 20 days, same i got the Card. But when i try to use the card, its given declined error.

Called customer care of Barclay Bank to check the activation of this card.

As per them i have applied for twice time, due to that they have not activated my card.

I am having only one question, then what make sense of sending Card to customer?

Try to contact S.V.Narayan Head of Credit card division.

But no reposne.
