The problem exists with your end, I intially wrote many mails to you but no response from your side, I had also written a lettter in my own hand writing stating all the conditions, situations and problems to you but you people just ignored that letter and all lended in your deaf ears.
The amount accumulated till now is all service charges, debit interest and other charges and nothing else, I have already paid your principle of 2150 RS.I told your customer executives not pay this service charges as you couldnt collect my cheques issues by me twice well in advanced still sufficient fund was available in my a/c. But they didnt not respond, whenever I call your customer care executives, they don't listen to me being a customer.
I was never satisfied with your services and wanted to dispose barclay card but you people didnt respond but now when I have adopted your policy of leaving everything into deaf ears your are reminding me again and again, also you have shared my credit history with CIBIL.
I still remind you I'll not pay this amount at any cost and I am ready to take up this matter with the cosumer court.
You always suggest me to call upon customer care numbers, Is it always the duty of customer to call upon again and again even when he is not getting any respone from you lax people.
