I have credit card no 4339515425481851, I had a due date 2nd june, Since ihad out of town I wanted to pay cash on the due date 2nd june but Barclay didnt hv facility to accept cash so I paid by cheque obviously which credited after due date so in the next bill they charged huge penaulty charges, i called then requested to levied the charges but they denied, still I was ready to pay since it was my mistake. They said now they have a facility to accept cash, I took the address of Thane (Maharashtra) as after my salary I went to pay the cash on 1st july 08, at the address given, by surprisingly no such shop was avialable there, Again I calle the call center they gave me new address, as on due date I went to the new address, this time the address was right but they closed the facility to accept cash for Barclays before 2months back it was alast date..so i requested them to gv me new addresss and since they didnot have enough facilities and infomation properly lieved tha charges..but they didnot accepted the request... Now I paid only purchases -transactions done..I am not going to pay any charrges, taxes etc as lot of humiliation occured by Barclays..pl help me in getting the justice. Thank you
