HI,
I have a Barclay credit card, in may I received a call from Barclay people saying that they are going activate priority circle to my card.
I asked them weather it is going to be charged they said no and I asked them to activate the service. when I saw the bill they have charged me 5000 plus taxes next movement I called customer care they said we are not the concern department (then why did they put the customer care to screw the public) they have given another number when I called there they simply lifted the call and hanged up, it went nearly 5-6 times, again I called customer care they have given Chennai number same thing happened again I called the customer care this time they have given Mumbai number same thing happened, like I called all the major cities India I got fed up again called Customer care explain the situation then they have taken the complaint.
But till now they have not resolved my problem and they calling me to pay the bill this is ridiculous…
The worst service they have……
