Constant Mental Harrassment

I have a Credit card with Barclay. I have been paying my payments on time for the pats 7 months. I submit my payments by cheque always. on 30th of September I deposited my cheque. on 3rd oct I get a message saying that they the cheque has bounced as Drawer signature not there. the cheque was dully signed then called and asked them to send a personnel so that i can pay by cash. Their representative came on the 10th oct and collected the cash and gave us the receipt. However the bank is constantly calling and messaging that i have not made payment. They speak in offensive tone and call up even at 11 pm. It is a complete mental harassment. In spite of making payment on time and myself calling and asking them to collect the cash they are harassing us constantly did file complains with the manager on the phone twice. but they are still calling up and messaging.

I have cards from other banks but i have never till date faced such humiliation and harassment. I am a respectable Indian citizen and a Doctor by profession. I want a sever action against them. i Hope some one really help us.
