Regarding misguided by call centre

Dear Sir,

I have paid my due amount by cheque of amount 35, 000/- through Dena bank on March.

I got message that my cheque has not been released then i called to call centre they told me that they have received my due payment. Now i came to know that due has been increaed. I am not able to pay any more amount. Plz clarify it.
