Promised for Settlement and after payment they are denying it and harassing

I have a Barclay Credit Card. i had asked for a settlement and the bank promised me to do a settlement for 29000 after providing me a settlement number and asked me to make a minimum payment of approx Rs 2500.i did it thinking that the Bank is a good one and they promised to send the letter after 4 days. whereas after 4 days i got a call and they said that due to a technical error in their system they forgot to add Rs 30, so i will have to pay Rs 30 to go forward with the settlement. i made the payment thinking the same thing. no again after 5 days they said a new payment cycle has started and therefore to stop that i will have to make a payment of approx Rs 2300 and then it will proceed with the settlement and the settlement amount will become 24000 as i have already paid approx 4600. i again made the payment. and now after around 15 days they are again calling for some payment and DENYING THE WHOLE SETTLEMENT THING. I AM DAMN FRUSTRATED WITH THEM NOW.PLEASE DO SOME THING AND PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION. THE SETTLEMENT NUMBER THAT THEY GAVE ME IS 'MUM-YATRA BARCLAY CARD 975791'
