Regarding card

I am trying to contact customer care of Barclays Bank but not be able to get it.

I have a complain regarding Credit Card against the Barclays Bank I had Barclays Bank Credit card that I was lost on march and that I know I had tried to make complain against it to Barclay Bank. through phone but I got a message that dialed number is invalid. now I have a call from Barclays Bank that the over due amount is 30, 000 which is wrong. What I have to do? Please help me out regarding this
