Barclays bank Credit card
Not received statement

Dear Customer care,

I have not received my statement of credit card till date. My credit card no. is 4339480538417930. I have been receiving calls from your agents for making the payments, but everytime i tell them to send the statement but i have not received any response. I am disappointed by this poor service. This is the delay from Barclays Bank end and not from my side so if in case any late payment fee is added in my bill, please make sure that this is revised as i will not be paying any late payment fee.

Please get back to me regarding this ASAP.
