I am sick and tired of receiving calls from Barclays Bank Credit Card tele callers. I receive almost 6-7 a day. Inspite of repeated requests to take me off their caller lists, they donot seem to understand. T
But when someone is not intrested, his number should be immediately flagged and removed from database.
I have the following suggestions to Barclays Bank.
1) Publish email addresses and direct mobile numbers of their Chairman, Director, General Managers on Barclays website and see to it that every call is attended in 3 rings.
2) Penalize telemarketer for repeated offence and pay the amount to complainant by Barclays cheque.
3) Learn to apologize the way ICICI does.
4) Have some basic respect to privacy of others and human beings in particular.
