Waiver of late payment charges and interest component attached

Dear,

i am holding your Barclays gold card from Jan and then after i had started using the same and always i make timely payments with full amount due on my card but two months ago i had a payment dur of around Rs.600/- which i had made very well in advance (3 days before my due date) but i dont know what went wrong for colloction of Chq / whatever may be the reasons i have been charged around Rs.600/- as late payment charges & interest copmponent attached thereon

i had made complaint regarding this matter twice but no satisfactory response found from your part

here i just want to make a request rearding reversal of all the cherges to my account till date or else otherwise i will have to discountinue with services of your card by surrendering my card
