INAPPROPRIATE MANNER OF TALKING

I was called up by some collection advisors from Barclays Bank. Now bieng a working employee I really do not have the freedom of answering calls according to my conveniance. People from Barclay's collection do not care about this. They require their money no matter what the situation around you is. I am called up at 21:00 in night which actually starts from 8:00 in the morning. I have lost the counts of calls I get during the day. I dared to pick up one of the calls during my office hours, the advisor I spoke was first trying to scold me on not bieng available, but then I got him understand my point and asked him to callback later (I myself work for a call center and would like others to follow callback procedures like I myself do). This led into an ego fight with the agent and he ended up giving me atleast 17 missed calls later on. I agree they get paid to collect the money from customers. But uncivilised behaviour from staff is the last thing to expect out of such a bank.
