Dear Customercare,

I would like to request you that eauther bank people guide the customer in right way or advice the customer for customer benefit. As my previous record this is the first time through the bank people I have been misguided continiously[ still today20/05 ].

From my side I am realy interested to continue the good relation with bank but before charging any late fees or cheque bounce fees or service charge Kindly go through all the discussion details, where I did the wrong thing intentionaly.

But continiously I have received the call from this no & the executive misguided me. This is the details

I was not the right situationthat time to pay the entire amount so I have given the Min Cheque Amt. [ But after the discussed with Mis Neha ]
