SUB :- COMPLAINT REGARDING YOUR SERVICES

Sir,

This is in reference to the BARCALYS credit card no 4339-4863-2904-0625 issued to me. I deposited a cheque of rs 8000/- ch.no.848901 drawn on HSBC bank on 21.05.2008. when I check my outstanding in phone banking, I found that this cheque late received by bank and bank charges me late payment charges.

I drop in karol bagh on 21.05.008.by unknown reason u recd this cheque on 22.05.2008. its not my fault. When I talk to executive. Please credit late fee amount in my card. I request you in future I always payment on before due date.

I have another credit card from other bank. I always make payment on before due dates. I am enclosing my other card bill. I am not satisfied form your services. Kindly do the needful at your end ASAP and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
