My self Manjul Dixit, The barclay card offered me the
credit card in 08. After some time the called me told me to avail the
offer for registration in holiday tour packages@Rs. 500/- and with bag
after that they call me and taken the conformation. In this regard I
called the barclay card again with in two days and said to cancell the
offer they told that they did'nt call me and my no. 9323883429 at which
they called me later is not with them and updated. So they told me to call
me next day. This action repeated to 4 to 5 days as I call them they given
me the same reply.
Due to call charges applicable I left calling them repeatedly, after a
week they charged me more than Rs 6, 500/- In this regard I again call them
and told them that there is a blunder happening with me as I have not
availed any facility and I don't know about the offer what it is? why you
are charging me? This my kind request to you to
terminate the offer, credit my account again. They replied me that this
offer can not be cancelled any how and you have to pay the amount. After
several communication with the barclays card costomer care they are
insisting me to pay the amount and they send me the bag through courier
during office hours at my home as I was in office, My buldings lady has
received it as she knows me, when I received this courier from her I found
there is no name written on the packing from where It had been recieved,
after opening the packet I found barclays handy bag.
Now several irritating calls are coming from barclay costomer care
for paying amount and I replied to get back their bag and correct this
amount as I am not availing any facility and this is unfair happening to
me. But they are insisting me to pay the amount of Rs. 8737/- with
interest and charges.
Sir, I am in trap with this bank and feeling uncomfortable, you are
requested to persue the matter with the bank. I will be very greatfull to
you.
