Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to introduce myself as a Barclay Card Holder bearing no.433951288001190 since September. I'm sorry to inform this that I've been harassed by your Call Centre by Payment Reminders for more than 10 times a day by the way of SMS or thro' an Automated Voice Message which is really annoying and at times takes toll of my life.
I'm getting 2 calls almost every hour and I don't know how to differentiate between your Collection Agent's (who does not know how to be polite) call and the automated reminder calls. When I was talking to one of your collection agent yesterday (03.11.2008) I was told rigidly that till I make the minimum amount due payment I'll be harassed with more number of calls. To my surprise I got almost 6 calls starting from 13.15 PM till 22.15 P.M from a number 011-246709200 which pertains to your call centre and I was getting calls even at midnight. I understand that any calls regarding payment should be made during the working hours of the bank and any calls after that even if it is an automated call is a strict violation which you might be knowing better than us.
So I request you to kindly stop annoying me by the way of the Automated Voice Reminder calls and SMS.
Please instruct your respective department for the same and revert.
