Misselling of Priority Services

I got a barclays credit card and I was offered a premier league membership which was full of confusion and misselling, Now I have registered a complaint with them for reversal of charged amounts to 6740 but they said they can not cancel the membership, now they are saying that they have done the quality check and ebvrything is okay from their side, its been a month i filed my complaint with the card division and haven't received a single call from there side, I just receive the calls that my payment is overdue and everytime they say they will forward my complain to the concerned dept. but no response from their side, still waiting for my grievance to be looked upon. I have dropped a mail also to the [email protected] but havn't received any response.
