To whom it may concern to Barclay credit card department. My card number is 4339485971365694 which is GOLD CARD provided by your bank. Problem is that from past 3 months I am telling your bank that i want to do settlement and every time your executive on telephone tell me to pay minimum amount due after that I will get a call from your bank regarding settlement and I am doing same but from past 3 months there is no call from your bank only they call a time of billing date for remiding to pay minimum amount due. What the hell is this and my problem does not stops here if executive collects amount on 4-th of month thenalso in my statement its shows interst amount, late fees inspite of that i always pay through cash. Morover I dont want to have bad realatioship with bank thats the reason from past 1yr I am paying atleast minimum amount due never miss a single month on that. But now I realize this bank is of no worth for consumer its just harrassment and making fool of customer. Now I want to do settlement with final amount of 25000/- which i will give through any day your bank decide (but before end of June-09) and I dont have more money to give to your bank earlair 3 months back i decided to dosettlement by giving Rs 4- but in 3months your bank has made me fool. Waiting for your immediate reply and action.
