Hi,

I have been using Barclays Creditcard from Past 15monts, I have purchased 26000 of product on the card on last May and converted it to EMI, On nov 24 i have called Customer care and asked for Pre Closer of EMI. They told it will take 10 working days. I waited till dec 10 and still it was in process, i made a complint on dec 11. There was no update from Customercare. I again called on Jan 4 and raised another complaint. I had been receiving calls from collection departemet for payment but non of them were aware of the complaints made to customercare. I stoped paying the bills and asked for closer of my account.

Atlast they told my account can be settlet, As per the customecare My settlement letter was prepared on 22nd May, but till now i havent recived it yet, I keep getting call and SMS for payment.
