Wrongly charged by Barclays

Dear Sir / Mam,

This is Trishul Singh, I have Barclays Credit card since Aug.2007. my credit card no. 4339517250711915

In the month of Sep.2007 i have used card Rs. 1700 /- to Idea amt. payment. I have got a barclays credit card ststement which payment due date was 2nd Oct.2007. I was made the payment on 1st Oct.2007 but unfortunitly my cheque was invalid but same date 2nd Oct.2007 i got a call from Mumbai... Sir ur cheque was invalid so u pl issue a new cheque SAME DATE 2ND OCT.2007 I WAS ISSUE A ANOTHER CHEQUE and handover to barclays people, at the time of cheque given i was asked for mumbai guy is their any late payment charges or any additional charges but they told sir u have made the payment on due date so u dont worry u pl give the cheque of Rs. 1700 /- only.

The barclays card guy was very cleaver, they are made MY alternate sign on first cheque and cleared from UTI bank on 8th Oct.2007. After clear the first cheque my total bank balance Rs. 500 /- . After fue days they are also present my 2nd cheque to UTI bank CHEQUE WAS BOUNCED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUND.

In the month Oct statement i found in my statement wrongly charges 1. Late payment charges 300 /-, 2. Cheque return charges & with all interest charges. e.i Total Outstanding Rs. 700 /-

Then I have registered a complained in Oct.2007 month, my complained logged by Mumbai gui Mr. Krish. I have given all the details. They told sir every thing is wrong from my side so u dont worry it will reversed form next month stetemnt.

Again In nov statement nothing has happen. All charges 700 /- late fee charges in that statement with all interested charges. Again i call to that call centre they told sir that was late from my side so u will get complete reversal form next month statement.

Again In the months of Dec.2007 same thing happen, nothing has been deducted from my statement & Added new late fees charges, after that i called that guy they told i have logged ur complained & it will reversed form next month statement.

Till Oct.2007 to Mar.2008 I have called all guy Mr. Krish, Mr. Adam, Mrs. Pooja (Delhi), Mr. Singh, Mr. Suresh. The no. are 02240941300, 60004444, Mrs. Manju (Delhi) 01246772500,

I ahve called atlist 30 time to all of but every one had told sir DONT WORRY NEXT MONTH STATEMENT YOU WILL GET THE REVERSAL.

BUT YET 7th APR.2008 IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.

I Requist to all of u, I am working with Tata Teleservice Maharashtra Ltd. I dont have the muchmore time to take these type of liability. I have lots of credit card of different bank but no one charges any extra or unuses amt, I have send mail to this department but no has responded.

Humble requist to all of u pl take my complainent and resolve as soon as possible.
