Trying to fool the customers

Hi,

I have credit card with the barclay... i tried to pay my due amount through the cheque before the due date inorder to avoid the penalty... i verified all the information and i posted the cheque in advance of 5 days... but they are saying that they didnt recive the cheque and they included the penalty amount in my payment... it has been a rediculous customer service ever.

Dont try to fool ur customers!
