I never saw this kind of worst service ever in my life.

I become a member of priority circle (lee membership) of which Barclay credit card offered me in the month of 26/04 for that i paid them Rs :-5000 as a fees 618 as a service tax, They committed me, after becoming a priority circle we will send u a free trvelling troll y bag, well come kit in that you will received the voucher of holidays for 3nights 2days in India & abroad, 7days 6nights in rci resorts in abroad in seven to twelve working days

After become a member part consignment received. They sent me trolly in the month of june after 2 months, after calling to the customer care on Delhi Bangalore, i spoke to Julina, Jyoti, Roma till that date they made false commitment with me. we send u all on so & so date u will received in few day, 2nd time today we dispatched soon u will received.the main thing is that spoke to them on STD Customer care number after spending thousand of rupees, because local customer care always busy, some times i waited upto 2hours on waiting. which change the meaning of priority (people are waiting on hold upto 2 hours).

part consignment i received in the month of 26/07, after 1 month of the 1st consignment.the same thing i did, as i did before receiving the 1st consignment i call on STD number, a gain i spend few more thousands, again i got the false commitment, this time with some thing new, when i was call them on 8/7 they said we dispatched the the well come kit on 26/6 with blue dart courier . again i call them on 14/7 they said we was dispatched on 5/07, with blue dart courierwide awb no-2638028853, in Delhi. the shocking thing is that they denied

they don't have awb no, series starts with.

In between i ask them to cancel the member ship of priority circle i never want to go with worst service they reply, they dont have cancellation procedure of the member ship.

finally i received the both welcome kit voucher no 727485, with validity period upto 14 feb to claim u need to submit before one month of traveling date & traveling trolly

next to claiming the voucher i was given a request them as i want to go claim the voucher for the u need to sent the voucher with date & location as per rule one month before, i dropped in to the sky pack box on 27 august for the vacation in the month oct 5th onwards

again the problem starts they haven't received the voucher till date (24/09/08) nearly one month, from when i was dropped the voucher in sky pack box of high court of Hyderabad.i spoke to the customer care people the on STD, as well as to holiday package provider (Heritage india pvt ltd) on STD no 011-41448451-52.

both they are blaming to each other we are not responsible.

again the barclay people deside to issue the new voucher to me it will take 12 working day to deliverto my address on 24/09.

conclusion: Dreams remains dream if u believe or goes with the credit card people offer as well as u will lose twice, trice or more then they offers."please" dont go with offer of credit cards people offers u after becoming member nobody shows responsibilties either bank or offerer
