Barclays/Times card
Poor service and misleading

Dear Sir/Madam,

Few months back barclay representative has call me up and offered the Barclays times card and told me that along with the Credit card I will be getting Rs.5000 gift coupons with which I can go for shopping. I have agreed and applied for the credit card. I have received the Credit card. I have also paid the first payment on my credit card but as of now I have not yet received the coupons and no intimation about them. So please look into the matter very seriously and resolved the same at the earliest without delay.
