Statement not received from last 2 month

Dear Team,

I am using Times Credit Card since last 3 month, i had received 1st statement for the M/o Aug on my office address after this i have not received statement for the m/o Sep & oct 08 & and i m paying my due amount on your msg basis, today i talk to your customer care executive (Ms. Harmeet) regarding our statement she told me that your statement for the m/o sep 08 is undilvered due to wrong address.

so this is to request you kindly send me the statement on our email ID i.e [email protected]
