I Mr. Sameer Salim Lalani worked with Barista Coffee company my provident fund A/c. No. : DL/22792/174, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in November Again in october but till date i have no feedback from the department or nor i received any money which is got deducted from my salary.
Request you to please take up the matter and get the same approved and settled. Thanks in advance for your co opertaion for the same.
