I had received a call in the month of June 08 regarding the Priority Circle membership for Rs.5000 taxes 618/- which I had accepted. But due to some personal personal problems this is not possible for me to take this membership and that's why after a week I called the customer care of priority circle at Delhi number to cancel my membership but she talked very rudely and told me that this is not our policy to cancel the membership and when I told her this is cheating then she replied me that this is not our fault you have accepted the membership and you have to pay the fees at any how. Then I mailed a complaint to customercare of barclays credit card on 16th June 08 and a reply from their end on 22nd of June that they will reverse the amount which will reflect in my next statement. But the same was not reversed. After calling so many times to the customer care they always assure me that your request has been forwarded. but the fees has not been reversed. I had not paid the bill from that month they are harrassing me by continuos SMS and phone calls on my cell and landline numbers and executive talk very rudely due to which I am in very much mental stress. A call from Neeraj received me yesterday 13.10.08 to pay Rs.370/- to stable your account and after that you will get a receipt and then call at 18002337878 give them this receipt no. After this your membership and other charges will be reversed in the next statement definetly. I am confused whether they are lying or not. Because I have no faith in Barklays Bank.
