There is quality complaint about Bata shoes, i have been posted my complaint to customer care of Bata india ltd. they were not be able to solve my problem at all. i have been made a purchase from bata india ltd. from Ghaziabad store located at Maliwara Ghaziabad they have sold me two different size of shoes 8 no and 9 no. when i have visited store again they have change my shoes but shoes which they have sold to me quality of that shoes is not good and i am not happy with that shoes.
