Parcel not received from last 10 Days

Sir,

I have not received my parcel with Doc. No: 140815810 couriered from Gurgaon to Amritsar on 7th April. Please confirm the status as it was a machine has to be use in hospital for performing surgeries. I had sent this machine to gurgaon for repair. Please do the needfull as it is emergence.
