Transfer of Provident Fund Accumulation

Dear Sir

I was working in Chennai for L&t Ramboll Consulting Engineers and then joined BCEOM India Private Limited in the year 2006.

Up on joining the services of BCEOM I have requested to transfer Provident Fund Accumulated in Chennai office to Delhi. Accordingly i have received a letter stating that a cheque for Rs 84631/- dated 28/07 has been sent to The regional P.F Commissioner, SAO, Nehru Place, New Delhi, 5-7 th FL, 60 Skylark Bldg, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019.

I resigned to the services of BCEOM and claimed EPF through BCEOM with all the details. However I did not receive PF amount transferred from Chennai office. Up on contacting the firm I was told that EPF amount is not been transferred from Chennai and I need to claim the same by filling form called ASR and attach the correspondence received from Chennai office. My P.F accounts are TN/40659/58 in Chennai and DL/28914/51 in Delhi.

I request you to kindly look in ot the matter and guide me to claim balance amount.
