i Make my Pan Card Before 6 Months But It Not useful For me

Because in Pan Card Printed Name is wrong Such as (YUSUF ALI KHAN)

My Right Name (Khan Mohammed yusuf) And My father name is also Wrong

(ALI JAFAR KHAN) & Right Name is (KHAN MOHD ALI) And other Thing is

My D O B Written In Pan Card Is 30/08/1988 & Right is 30/08/1991
