My Name SANTHOSH M. (B E, DCT, AAE), gandhi nagar, avadi, chennai, 9884165967 and iam working in a software company as a software engineer.
On 06/04 i went to a shop named FRIENDS XEROX for taking print out of a project document. First the print out which i took was not in good quality (text was missing, empty pages were there, images was missing). So i asked the same person some lady who is working in the shop to take the print out with having images, text, darkening the image for the same document after finishing some work in the document in my home. But the print out was in the same bad quality that was taken in previous time.
So i asked the lady what happened and asked her to take the print out once again if possible i will also pay the full amount for taking the print out again and requested the same to try it once. But she refused to take the print out for the same saying that are you a educated person you don't how the print out comes amd she used some highly rated bad words. At that the a man aged 38 came to shop i think he maybe the owner of the shop. I asked the reason and asked to take the same print out and that too i will pay the full money for taking the print out again. He too refused and throwed some amount of money over my face and told me to take the print out in some other shop.
I requested him to maintain respect but he pushed me out and called me as rowdy and also used very highly rated bad words over me and my family. He said iam 38 yrs old and i know all the person''s in this area and keep on using bad words insulted me like non human being. So i left the shop and came to my home but due to the mental pressure and torture created by the person i meet an accident on the way to my home aand lost my mobile and i also not able concentrate on my work.
So please some one take action on the corresponding shop as soon as possible before the same happens to another person.
