Non receipt of certificate

Dear Sir,

I (Amit Shankar Chaudhary, Enrolment No. 001264053) would like to bring to your kind notice the fact that I have cleared all my Term End Exams Long ago, but till date I have not received my Certificate / Degree.

On online verification I found that my Grade card status of FST 1 shows 'Incomplete Status' (although I have passed my Term end Exam). Prima facie It appears that, the assignments (FST-1) submitted by me has not been assessed by the honourable university.

Kindly look into the matter and guide me so that I can receive my certificate/ degree.
