I have suffered because of the stupid reasons the beam cable customer care gives for network connectivity issues. There is always a down time of 3-4 days per month and i asked them to refund money for the down time or change mode of payment to post paid and they refused. They simply can't provide proper network equipments and loot customers. Cheap quality, bad customer service, pathetic customer care representatives. All in all, i would request everyone to avoid beam cable broadband connection.
