Dear Sir/ Mam,
I was planning for a car and approached M/s Astavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd. for the deal whose address is mentioned below. Myself and my families point of contact was Mr. Hardik (sales person) and Mr. Siddhesh (Manager). Hardik gave us a deal wherein, we can avail a car loan at the EMI of Rs 5600/- (approx) and requested us to submit the advance. We gave him the advance of Rs 50000/- and suggested him to first confirm the loan and then book the car for me.
But without our (myself and my family members) knowledge he booked the car (as per his words). And now asking us to accept the EMI of Rs 6500/- (approx) which I refused as I cannot afford the same. On this I conveyed that I dont want to go ahead with the deal from their company so please return my advance back to me.
On this, Mr Hardik mentioned that we will not get the refund of full amount as they have already booked the vehicle for me (without my notice dispite of prior intimation of not booking the vehicle unless loan is confirmed).
When I tried to bring this to the notice of their Manager (Mr. Siddhesh), he became ignorant about our case.
After a prolonged attempt of calls, we spoke to Mr Hardik and Mr Siddhesh who instead of talking to us, they abused us with filthy words and mentioned they have more cases to manage then ours.
Now the situation is, nobody is entertaining us on even on calls and I think they will not return my full booking amount.
I was surprised to see how can they force us for a deal that was not promised and the one which I cannot afford. Otherwise they will deduct their money from the advance to be refunded to me just because they made a mistake of booking the car on my name before the loan gets confirmed. Isn't this a source of easy money for them?
I request you to please look into my case and suggest me the ways out to save my hard earned money.
