I have paid an amount of Rs 1150/- to the company's executive on 09-09-09, but did not recieve the connection till now. On calling the customer care, the executive gives a new reason every day. I was promised a connection within 48 hours. An today on 18th sep the customer care executive say they need 7 days to give me a connection. Having paid the amount i am not able to go for another connection. Internet is very important to me as i am working from home.
