Bedroll Not Provided in Rajdhani Express

We boarded the train number 2436 Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express fron New Jalpaiguri to Guwahati on 6th October coach number B5 Seat number 2 & 3, Inspite of repeated reminder to the attendent bedroll was not given to us at NJP Station the Attendent was bussy having food as suxh he said that he will give the bedroll after food but after food when again asked for he said that he is bringing it in 5 mnts, but he never bothered to do so, he simply locked the clock room and was not avalable in the coach, this was bought to the notice of TTI but still no action was taken. We are very sorry to say that this act from the Attandent & TTI was very pathetic specially in a Special & Best Train in the country Rajdhani Express. we request the railway department to please take up the matter seriously.
