i am still not in receipt of free hand bag gift (hidesign) from the company.they didn't receive calls at ahmedabad and mumbai office so many times.after lots of tries i made correspondence at mumbai office and they told that your gift had been sent to courior but they refused to give me courior company's name and receipt number.
mr.nitin jain at ahmedabad office is totally non-responsive man.i have sent so many mails to him but he didn't reply at all.
you are kindly requested to take some steps to solve my problem.
