This is with reference to the subject cited above.
Kindly note following details:
Purchase date: 31 / 10 / 2008 of nokia handset 2600 C vide IMEI- 355724022661306
Along with purchase undersigned have opted HOT SPOT CARE PACK (two year warranty against liquid and physical damage and one year additional service warranty) vide sr.no. 29665.
Problem detected: non functional of Camera or software problem.
Undersigned have submitted nokia handset at Hotspot karampura for repair on 2 /9/09.
After submission they told that it will be repaired within a week’s time since the handset is under warranty.
Till date I am getting no response from their side. Only they ask me keep waiting till our customer care give us any response.
I am very upset with this kind of service support from Hot spot.
Even I was not given any stand by handset for use.
Also the behavior of the customer care is so bad I cannot explain the same here.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE THIS ISSUE ON TOP PRIORITY OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME.
