In the week no.1/game no.1 in Double Tambola Game, our all numbers cut as per NBT requirement. But when we telephoned on Monday i.e. 14.9.09 at 8.00 a.m in the NBT office (Ph. No. 30813222). Ms. Anamika attended our phone call and we came to know that our ticket does not match with the winning ticket. I want to claify the meaning of matching with winning ticket. Ms. Anamika also told that she is forwarding our query to higher authorities and gave me the complaint no.3490.

On Wednesday i.e. on 16.9.09 I again contacted Ms. Anamika and she told me I will receive the reply within 1-2 days.

Please let me know the status at the earliest.
