Power trip or Power cut

Hi,

I am in BTM layout 4th 1st Block. We get huge power cut or power trip problem. Till now daily we used face 3 hrs per day power cuts.

Added to that few days our area will face power trip problem. It seems our area has only a 11kva transformer. What should be done for these kind of issues? Do we need to go and complaint for change of transformer?
