Passport not given in time

Hi,

I applied for my kid passport on 20-11.After 3 months passport office send a notice saying that need to submit affidavit. We submitted that as well.

Till now Passport has not been received. Whenever we ask they say its in processing and will be dispatched shortly.

The application number is HYD/z509316/09

Is there anyway to take action against the passport office for their negligence.
