We are facing from frequent power outage, low voltage and fluctuations in 1st to 5th Cross Gandhinagar, K.G.halli, Bangalore - 560 045
Inspite of repeated complaints the situation continues to be the same, every week we face atleast 2 or 3 breakdowns. The main reason for the low voltage/fluctuations is insufficient transformers, and the cables are so loose that even a slight wind causes shot circuit leading to power cuts. The residential cables and the small scale industries cable are the same which is the root cause of continuous fluctuations.
I feel the helpdesk is only to pacify the consumers who call and the executives are helpless who are caught between the BESCOM officials and the consumers.
We are looking for a solution for the problems we have been facing from decades.
