Frquency of Bus No. 382

This is w.r.t Bus No 382 which starts from Anushaktinagar and the destination is Sahara Cargo.

Please note that in the morning peak hours (between 8:00 am and 9:00 am), there is hardly one bus provided for this route. There is a lot of rush in the bus. Even though ample ladies seats are available in the bus, it is found that 50% more ladies are standing.

The sight is just pathetic since most of the passengers are struggling to find some space to stand and some are literally on each other.

I am also one of the passengers commuting every day (boarding from Punjabwadi, Deonar)) in the same bus. I have to actually walk through others to make it to my bus stop.

My sincere appeal to the BEST Bus department on behalf of my fellow passengers is that

1.Kindly provide one AC bus in this route between 8: 15 and 8: 30 am (Presently not available).

2.Increase the frequency of buses in this route (at least in the morning peak hours.
