Today I boarded bus No MH 01 H 8997 (6536) Route No, 207 from St Francis Technical School at 10.15 amI obseved that the driver stoped the bus before the bus stop and before I boarded the he started the bus, due to which I lost my, Balance I am A slip disc patient and it is very painful in such case, and I have noticed that normally all the driver and conductors repeats the same mistakes, even the conductors rings the bell before the passengers boards the bus. Therfore I request you let me now as how to tackle this directely with the conductor or the driver. Please consider this complain form all those passegers who use your services.
