Frequency of BEST Bus

Dear Sir,

I am a regular passenger of the 299 bus, which is from the borivali station (east) to Rushivan. This is to bring to your notice that the frequency of this route is very bad in the evening, which coming back home.

Yesterday (2nd September), i had to wait for 45 minutes to get unto this bus and this is not the first time that this has happened. This is regular feature in this route.

The bus that arrived 45 minutes late beared the number MH - 5158 . I asked the conducter about the delay, for which he opted not to reply at all. This happened at the bus which arrived outside the sattion at about 10:15 p.m and i was waiting at the bus stop from 9:30 onwards.

Kindly look into this matter and try and make sure that the passengers of this route are not harresed to this extent again.
