No Queue system

Dear Sir

This is to kindly inform that Gaikwad Nagar BEST depo Malavni Malad (W), does not have any queue system, people rush like animals pushing & neglecting children & elderly people, when we informed the authorities they lay off their hands telling us that people here do not have civic sense,

No other depo have i ever seen such a pathetic situation.
